You are invited to an experience for leaders who are wanting
to show up, be seen, live brave™.

Friday, June 10 to Sunday, June 12, 2016
Brescia University College,
London, ON

To lead is to be daring. To inspire is to be grounded and certain - in yourself, in your vision and of the people who are walking with you. The stakes are high and there are many times that leaders find themselves in the spotlight or at major crossroads; at the tipping point of a thrilling change or a bold step that is equally terrifying.

This retreat is focused on exploring the vulnerability that lives in leadership and how to find the inner resolve to be courageous in the face of vulnerability, to connect with others and move forward when facing uncertainty or fear.

This is an opportunity to pause, to connect with self and to connect with other like minded leaders in a deep and meaningful way. It's a chance to move out of the loneliness that some experience as leaders and to move towards daring leadership together.

Through the retreat you will explore the many dimensions of Brené Brown's research – courage, vulnerability, shame, failure, resilience, empathy, self-compassion, creativity – and how they live through you as a leader and in your organization.

It will be a time for….

  • personal reflection and discovery
  • sharing with others through story telling
  • working through your vulnerability to access your courage
  • pausing to renew your spirit
  • tapping into your creativity
  • discovering practices for wholehearted living
  • resetting your compass for intentional leadership
  • creating a personal Leadership Manifesto to sustain your courage

Friday, June 10, 4 pm – 9 pm
Saturday, June 11, 8 am – 9 pm
